The Wolf and the Seven Little Goats

从前，美丽的森林里住着山羊一家。

Once upon a time, there lived a family of goats in a beautiful forest.

有山羊妈妈，还有七只可爱的小羊。

There is a mother goat and seven cute little goats.

有一天，妈妈要去森林里找食物，她嘱咐小羊们：“孩子们，我不在家时，你们一定要小心。要记住，不要给陌生人开门，尤其是那只狡猾的大灰狼，他有粗糙的嗓子和黑色的爪子！”

One day, the mother went to the forest to find food. She told the lambs: "My children, you must be careful when I am not at home. Remember, don't open the door to strangers, especially the cunning wolf with a rough voice and black claws!"

小羊们答应了：“妈妈，你放心吧，我们会小心的！”

The lambs agreed: "Don't worry, Mom, we will be careful!"

妈妈走后不久，大灰狼就来了。

Not long after mom left, the big bad wolf came.

他敲了敲门，用粗粗的声音说：“小羊们，快开门，妈妈回来了，给你们带了礼物！”

He knocked on the door and said in a rough voice, "Little lambs, open the door quickly, your mother is back and has brought you gifts!"

小羊们听到狼粗糙的声音，回答道：“你不是我们的妈妈，你的声音很粗，我们不开门！”

The lambs heard the wolf's rough voice and answered, "You are not our mother, your voice is rough, we will not open the door!"

大灰狼很生气，他跑到市场，买了一些蜜糖，把自己的声音弄得又甜又细，然后又回到小羊家的门前。

The big bad wolf was very angry, so he ran to the market, bought some honey, made his voice sweet and thin, and then returned to the lamb's house.

他用甜甜的声音说：“小羊们，快开门，是妈妈回来了！”

He said in a sweet voice: "Little lambs, open the door quickly, it's mommy coming back!"

小羊们听了，有点儿怀疑，正好看到他的爪子放在窗户上，是黑色的。

The lambs were a little skeptical when they heard this, but they happened to see his paw, which was black, on the window.

小羊们吓了一跳：“你不是我们的妈妈！我们不开门！”

The lambs were startled: "You are not our mother! We won't open the door!"

大灰狼没办法，又跑去面粉店，把爪子沾满了白白的面粉，再次回到小羊家的门前，用甜甜的声音说：“小羊们，快开门，是妈妈回来了！”

The wolf had no choice but to run to the flour shop again, dip his paws in white flour, and then return to the door of the lamb's house and say in a sweet voice: "Little lambs, open the door quickly, mom is back!"

小羊们看到白色的爪子，以为真的是妈妈回来了，就把门打开了。

When the lambs saw the white paws, they thought it was really their mother who came back, so they opened the door.

大灰狼冲了进来，小羊们四散逃跑，最后有六只小羊被大灰狼抓住了。

The big bad wolf rushed in and the lambs fled in all directions. Finally, six lambs were caught by the big bad wolf.

只有最小的一只躲进了大钟里，逃过一劫。

Only the smallest one hid in the big bell and escaped.

妈妈回家后，发现门开着，家里一片混乱。

When the mother came home, she found the door open and the house in chaos.

妈妈着急的喊着所有小羊的名字，最小的小羊一听是妈妈的声音，从钟里跑出来，告诉妈妈发生了什么事。

The mother anxiously called the names of all the lambs. When the smallest lamb heard its mother's voice, it ran out of the clock and told her what had happened.

妈妈带着小羊找到大灰狼，大灰狼就在一颗大树下睡着。

The mother took the lamb to find the big bad wolf, who was sleeping under a big tree.

结果就看到大灰狼的肚子还在动，难道她可怜的孩子们都还活着吗？

Then she saw that the big bad wolf's belly was still moving. Could it be that her poor children were still alive?

山羊妈妈让小山羊回家拿来了剪刀和针线。

The mother goat asked the little goat to go home and get scissors and needle and thread.

然后剪开了大灰狼的肚子，小羊们一个个把头探出来。

Then he cut open the wolf's belly, and the lambs poked their heads out one by one.

原来是大灰狼因为贪婪把小山羊们整个吞了进去。

It turned out that the big bad wolf swallowed the little goats whole because of greed.

然后山羊妈妈把他肚子里的小羊们救了出来，并用石头填满了狼的肚子，又缝好了肚皮。

Then the mother goat rescued the lambs from his belly, filled the wolf's stomach with stones, and sewed up his belly.

大灰狼醒来后觉得很渴，去井边喝水，因为肚子里的石头太沉了，掉进了井里，再也没有回来。

When the big bad wolf woke up, he felt very thirsty and went to the well to drink water. However, because the stone in his stomach was too heavy, he fell into the well and never came back.

小山羊们看到后，高兴的跳起舞来。

When the little goats saw this, they started dancing for joy.

这个故事告诉我们：要听父母的话，遇到危险要保持警惕，不能轻易相信陌生人。

This story tells us that we should listen to our parents, stay vigilant when encountering danger, and not trust strangers easily.
